We require PROOF OF INCOME and a copy of your DRIVER’S LICENSE in order to process your application. These items may be scanned/emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 618-624-2556. Your application WILL NOT BE PROCESSED until these items are received. Unless otherwise agreed to in a separate agreement, the Sponsoring Broker Christone Enterprises, its Managing Broker, any licensees, employees, owners or other similar persons associated with the Company, are not agents of You, the Customer(s), but rather have a vendor/customer service relationship with the Customer(s). Please note our $75.00 application fee must be received prior to processing and is non-refundable.
