Chris Mendola, Senior, is a retired USAF officer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Applied Meteorology.  In 1988, after 23 years of active military duty, Chris Senior founded Christone Enterprises, Inc. with his partner and long-time business associate, Tony Sosa.  Chris and Tony [hence the name Christone] managed the company until 1998, when Tony retired and conveyed his interest to Chris.  Chris Senior retired in 2005, though remains at hand as consigliere for his son.

Chris Mendola, Junior, received Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration for both Business Economics and Finance Specialization from Southern Illinois University School of Business.  He continues his father’s spirit of community mindedness and  has consistently been an active civic leader who believes in supporting his community. Chris served on the Main Street O’Fallon Committee for several years as well as a four-year term as Director on the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Committee.

Chris was a founding sponsor of O’Fallon Downtown District and is a continued supporter of the O’Fallon Police and Fire Departments.  An advocate of education, Chris earned an Illinois Real-Estate Instructor License and has taught real-estate courses to include pre-license, real-estate investment, property management and real-estate finance.  He has also taught business administration courses in marketing, consumer behavior and personnel management.
